Care Packages Tailored To Your Journey
General NICU Packages
General NICU Packages provide essentials that families need to get through their often long journey in the neonatal intensive care unit. This includes deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, a blanket, a journal, pen, and more.
In Memory Of packages
In Memory Of packages are intended to help a family keep their angel in memory through one angelversary. These can be requested again every single year and include a blanket, memorial balloons, a necklace or bracelet, and more.
Welcome Home Warrior
Welcome Home Warrior packages are for families who did not have a baby shower before the birth of their CDH child. Once the child is discharged from the hospital, a CDH family can request this package which contains baby bottles, diapers, wipes, a pacifier, and other essentials for infants.
CDH Clinic Day packages
CDH Clinic Day packages are for families or CDH survivors who have multiple appointments at children's hospitals or with any specialist. These include a onesie or shirt, a journal, pen, toys for children and their siblings, activity books to distract during tests and procedures, and more.
